1.Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Quran Shorts (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.
2.Intended & Permitted Use
Quran Shorts is provided solely for educational, spiritual, and lawful content-creation purposes:
- Generating high-quality vertical Islamic videos presenting verses from the Holy Quran.
- Pairing sacred Quranic text with verified translations and respectful audio recitations.
- Publishing generated videos directly to the user’s personal YouTube channel via standard YouTube API upload workflows.
3.User YouTube Account Responsibilities
When uploading videos through the application to your YouTube channel, you retain sole responsibility for your account and your content:
You expressly agree that:
- All uploaded videos must adhere to YouTube Community Guidelines and Copyright policies.
- You have verified that the audio recitations, translations, and visual backgrounds selected for your videos are permissible for public broadcast and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Quran Shorts does not monitor, review, or control the titles, descriptions, or videos uploaded to your YouTube account.
4.YouTube API Integration & Third-Party Terms
Quran Shorts relies on YouTube Data API Services. Using the upload feature requires compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Violation of YouTube guidelines may lead to account penalties imposed directly by YouTube, for which Quran Shorts assumes no liability.
5.Intellectual Property & Sacred Text Integrity
The text of the Holy Quran is divine revelation and belongs to no individual or entity. We strive for extreme accuracy in providing verified authentic Uthmani script sources. The software, application interface, brand styling, and code of Quran Shorts are the exclusive intellectual property of the developers.
6.Disclaimer of Warranties
Quran Shorts is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that YouTube API upload quotas, platform algorithms, or third-party network services will remain uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with future YouTube API updates.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the creators or contributors of Quran Shorts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or YouTube account suspensions resulting from user uploads.
