أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْبَسُوا مِنْ ثِيَابِكُمُ الْبَيَاضَ فَإِنَّهَا أَطْهَرُ وَأَطْيَبُ وَكَفِّنُوا فِيهَا مَوْتَاكُمْ " .
English
It was narrated that Ibn Juraij sad:"Abu Az-Zubair told me that he heard Jabir say: "The Messenger of Allah delivered a speech and mentioned a man among his Companions who had died. He had been buried at night and wrapped in a shroud that was not sufficient. The Messenger of Allah reduced (them) and said that no one should be buried at night unless constrained to do that. And the Messenger of Allah said: When one of you wants to takes care of his brother, let him shroud him well اردو
سمرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم کپڑوں میں سے سفید کپڑے پہنا کرو کیونکہ وہ پاکیزہ اور عمدہ ہوتا ہے، نیز اپنے مردوں کو ( بھی ) اسی میں کفنایا کرو ۔
